How To log into FreshService Helpdesk Portal
On the Sierra View Home Page
Click on create or view IT Help Desk Ticket.
Log into Help Desk support portal on the top right hand corner.
Use the same username and password as logging into the network.
If you are not prompted to log into the helpdesk portal please verify you are logged in by
clicking the icon on the top right hand corner.
